Optical coordinate measuring device

Portus is an all-purpose optical coordinate measuring device in bridge type design. Because of the consistent coverage of all control and drive-relevant assemblies the machine is suitable for the use in the production area. It is also suitable for large measuring parts.

The stated accuracy true is valid to a 2 x magnification and for a surrounding temperature of 20°C.

Sensor Systems
  • Motorized CNC zoom with an optical enlargement area from 0,7x to 4,5x
  • Manual zoom lens in 6 levels form 0,7x to 4,5x
  • Fixed lenses with various magnifications
  • Telecentric LED transmitted light illumination
  • LED incident light, consisting of 203 white diodes. Their division consists of an inner, dimmable ring with 63 LEDs and 4 separately switchable outer quadrants, each with 35 LEDs, also dimmable.
  • Coaxial LED incident illumination (only in combination with CNC motorized zoom lens)
  • 1,3 MegaPixel CCD matrix camera in color or in black and white

 

Tactile touch probes (optionally available for the CNC variants):

  • Renishaw PH6 probe with TP20
  • Renishaw MCP probe system
